Welcome to Manage Academy (a product of Innobuz Technologies)! We are a web-based software solution dedicated to supporting educational institutes in managing their operations efficiently. Our comprehensive suite of features allows institutes to easily handle student information, course schedules, enrollment, financial data, reporting, document management, and communication.
By accessing, installing, or using Manage Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement (“Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the user (“You”, “Customer”) and Innobuz Technologies. (“We”, “Us”, “Manage Academy”), governing the use of our digital School ERP solution.
We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Manage Academy solely for Your institution’s internal purposes. You shall not copy, distribute, sublicense, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the software without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in Manage Academy, including source code, designs, trademarks, and documentation, remain exclusively with Innobuz Technologies..
All products are delivered electronically to your system. Once activated or accessed, the product is deemed delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by internet/network/service providers or by third-party services.
All our products are delivered electronically to your system, ensuring easy and convenient access for users. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant information, we are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect data or technical difficulties beyond our control.
We process all payments securely through reputable payment gateways such as Razorpay and other authorized providers. Manage Academy does not directly handle payment processing on the website or retain your card/banking details. All fees are payable in accordance with the payment terms and any applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as required under Indian law.
Your satisfaction is essential to us. Refunds are only provided in cases of critical technical defects that prevent basic usage and which are reported within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued once the license key/account has been activated, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Refund requests are subject to review, and refund decisions shall be final and binding.
Support services for your purchases are governed by the specific usage license associated with the product. Standard technical support is included for [X months] from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Support does not cover third-party integrations, hardware/network issues, or misuse. Updates or upgrades may be released at our discretion; major upgrades may require additional fees.
Ownership of the products is subject to the terms specified in the respective usage licenses.
Membership is a benefit for those who follow our terms and policies. We may at any time suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or misuse. We can view and/or remove any content for any reason at our own discretion. This will typically only be exercised for issues needing immediate resolution, such as, but not limited to, the posting of unauthorized content, offensive content, illegal content, or anything breaching anyone else’s rights.
You agree not to (and will not permit anyone to) copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, sell, transfer, or distribute the software or any part thereof. You will not use the software to commit or facilitate illegal activity, infringe third-party rights, or harm others.
Manage Academy is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and merchantability, except as expressly stated in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
By using Manage Academy, you agree to indemnify us against any losses, costs, expenses, demands, or liability incurred due to your use of our platform, including breach of this Agreement or violation of law. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the subscription/license fee paid by You in the last 6 months.
We prioritize the safety and security of your data. If you need to request an export, modification, or permanent deletion of your account data, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly assist you. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable SPDI rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Customer data remains Your property; we act only as a data processor for the purpose of providing the service.
We may suspend or terminate Your access if You breach these terms, misuse the system, attempt fraud, or engage in unlawful activity. In the event of termination for breach or misuse, no refunds will be issued except where required by law. You may request account termination by contacting us at [email protected].
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet failures, cyber-attacks, strikes, or power outages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your use of the software, Your violation of this Agreement, or Your infringement of any third-party rights.
In no event shall Manage Academy, Innobuz Technologies, or their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability shall be capped as set out above.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Should we make any changes to these terms of service, we will post the updated version on this page. Updated terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Manage Academy after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
